By accessing or participating in Pack Wars, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. By proceeding, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Pack Wars is not available to users residing in the United States. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with the laws and regulations of your local jurisdiction.
Participation in Pack Wars involves the exchange and potential loss of packs. You acknowledge that Upshot is not responsible for any loss of packs resulting from gameplay outcomes, including losses to other players.
You agree that it is your responsibility to read, understand, and follow all Pack Wars rules prior to participation. You are also responsible for tracking all relevant times, deadlines, and resolution dates associated with packs and contests.
Any form of cheating, exploitation, spying, hacking, botting, or collusion is strictly prohibited. Upshot reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts found to be in violation of these rules at its sole discretion.
Upshot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Pack Wars at any time, with or without notice.
Any points, XP, or rewards earned through Pack Wars will not contribute toward achievements or progression on the main Upshot platform unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Upshot is not responsible for the contents of any packs involved in Pack Wars, as packs may be exchanged between participants.
In the event of a draw, both players agree that their packs will be contributed to a central prize pool, which will be redistributed to participants based on accumulated points.
Pack Wars is provided solely as a recreational, social feature intended for entertainment purposes.
By selecting “Agree” and continuing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UPSHOT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. UPSHOT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY PREDICTION, OUTCOME, DATA SOURCE, OR PRIZE INFORMATION WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
The Service may include links to or integrations with third-party sites and services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms, and Upshot is not responsible for third-party services or content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UPSHOT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Upshot and its affiliates from claims arising out of disputes between users or third parties.
